What We Do

The Public Service Academy prepares the next generation of national public service leaders to meet the defining challenges of our time - education, national security, access to healthcare, and more. These challenges cannot be solved by one sector alone; we need public, private, nonprofit, and military sectors working together toward a shared goal. 

The Next Generation Service Corps answers our nation's call to develop this new kind of leader - character-driven leader armed with the courage to cross sectors, connect networks, and ignite action for the greater good. Grounded in service and guided by purpose, our graduates are prepared to lead with integrity, collaborate across differences, and create lasting impact for our communities and for our country.
