Celebrating 10 years

This year marks 10 years since the Next Generation Service Corps and the Public Service Academy were founded at Arizona State University. Whether you are an alum, parent, community partner or stakeholder, you have played a part in developing NGSC to be the life-changing program that it is today. I invite you to join us in celebrating our progress and reconnecting with our NGSC colleagues. 

We have much to celebrate as we look back on our first ten years and look ahead to our future. Our seventh cohort graduated in May expanding our alumni base to more than 600 and the NGSC is now at 25 universities around the country. This network of students, alumni, staff and partners will have an increasingly significant role in developing the future of all four sectors: public, private, military, and nonprofit. 

To commemorate this milestone, as part of ASU Salute to Service and Homecoming Weekend, November 13-15, 2025, the NGSC will be hosting festivities for current NGSC students, alumni, community partners, family, and friends. Let us use this as an opportunity to appreciate where we are, explore collaborations with one another and envision the future we seek to create.
